AIgent is an agentic Software-as-a-Service platform that lets users configure AI agents, enrich them with their own data, connect them to third-party systems through tools, and run them. The current scope is described on ai-gent.ch.

4. Contract formation

A contract is formed when you register an account and accept these Terms. devs group reserves the right to decline registrations without stating reasons.

5. Right of use

With the contract, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the scope of these Terms. You may not share access credentials with third parties.

6. Pricing and payment

AIgent bills on a pay-as-you-go basis. Current prices are published at ai-gent.ch/#pricing. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue, with no deduction.

7. User obligations

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:

• process or distribute unlawful content
• infringe third-party rights
• take measures that impair the functionality of the Service

8. Availability

devs group strives for the highest possible availability of the Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows are announced ahead of time where possible.

9. Liability

devs group is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for ordinary negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. devs group accepts no liability for damages caused by incorrect outputs or actions of AI agents. You are responsible for verifying that the Service's outputs are correct and appropriate.

10. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

Either party may end the contract at any time without stating reasons. Pay-as-you-go contracts end when you delete your account.

12. Changes to these Terms

devs group reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email or inside the Service.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Kreuzlingen, Switzerland.

14. Severability

If individual provisions of these Terms are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
