- By default in Swiss data centers under Swiss law, independent of US hyperscalers. For maximum control you run AIgent on-premise on your own infrastructure, up to air-gapped with no internet connection. Resident data never leaves the chosen environment.
- Is this FADP-compliant?
- AIgent is designed for the revised Swiss data protection act and the GDPR: data export and deletion are built in, every processing step is documented in the audit trail, and a data processing agreement is available as a template. The assessment in each case remains your data protection officer’s task.
