When you visit ai-gent.ch, information is automatically transmitted to our server and stored in so-called server log files:

• Browser type and version
• operating system used
• referrer URL
• hostname of the accessing machine
• time of the server request
• IP address

This data is stored separately from other personal data and serves exclusively the technical provision and security of the website.

When you create an AIgent account we additionally process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address) and the content you or your agents create, upload, and process on the platform.

4. Hosting and data location

AIgent is hosted in Switzerland. Your platform data remains in Swiss data centers when you use the platform via our cloud. Enterprise customers run the platform on their own infrastructure. In that case, your data never leaves your control.

5. Cookies

Our website uses technically required cookies to enable basic functionality. Analytical or advertising cookies are set only with your explicit consent.

6. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can tell an encrypted connection by the browser address bar switching from "http://" to "https://".

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

• free information about the personal data we hold about you
• correction of inaccurate data
• restriction or deletion of your data where permitted by law
• data portability
• withdrawal of consent with effect for the future
• to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
